  PLEASE get in your car NOW and GO SEE KEN!!! I have never experienced such professional customer service through any other purchase in my life. Ken was knowledgeable and made sure I got the mattress I wanted for the cost I could afford. The entire process was taken care of in under an hour, and afterward the delivery was as smooth as butter! I KNOW I will be back when the time comes to buy another mattress!

  Dee provided excellent customer service, she taught us about mattresses, was patient and did not pressure us. We spent the rest of the day shopping around, but ended up comparing everything to Dee and the mattress at Mattress Firm. We returned the next day and worked out a deal we were happy with. I recommend Dee and Mattress Firm to everyone.
