  I've been going to CVS all over the country for a very long time and this has been the worst pharmacy experience of my life. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, but after 5 months of being hung up on, the lady who answers the phone at the pharmacy has such a bad attitude it is actually depressing. She constantly disregards information coming in from my doctors office for approvals and acts like it is the end of the world when a simple request is made with ample time to process (12 hours) - like filling my medications that got prescribed that day before I catch a flight. I am trying a different CVS away from this area so hopefully I have a better experience before I leave and go to a different pharmacy company in general like many have recommended. Avoid this CVS like the plague if you know what is good for your mental health. This location should honestly not even exist. Poor staffing.
